This sailing course is co-organized by the Hong Kong School Sailing Association (HKSSA) and the Plover Cove Sailing Club (PCSC). HKSSA is one of the 14 recognized sailing training centers accredited by the Hong Kong Sailing Federation. As an official certification center, HKSSA offers not only sailing courses and experiences but also the issuance of recognized certificates.

This course aims to teach participants the fundamentals of sailing, wind principles, and maritime safety. By successfully completing the 4-day course and passing the required assessments, participants can apply for the Sailing Level 2 Certificates, which are valid for renting sailboats at major water sports centers for independent sailing.

Important Notes | 注意事項

Participants must complete all 5 days of training and fulfill the required assessment tasks during the course to qualify for Level 2 certification. If attendance is incomplete or mandatory tasks are not completed, only a lower-level certificate will be issued. Make-up sessions, if needed, will incur additional fees and must be arranged separately with the center.
學員需完成共4日課程及通過指定考核項目，方能獲取Level 2資格。如未能完成或缺席指定項目，將只能獲取較低資格證書。如需補堂需另繳費並與中心安排。

Courses will only commence if fully enrolled. If the course does not meet the minimum enrollment, it will be canceled, and refunds will be issued.
課程須達額滿才會開班。若未能額滿，課程將取消並安排退款。

If the course is canceled by the organizers for any reason, participants will receive a full refund. However, refunds will not be granted for personal reasons (e.g., failure to meet the minimum eligibility requirements) unless a valid medical certificate is provided for illness-related absences.
因主辦方原因取消課程將全數退款。但因學員個人原因（如未符合最低資格）將不予退款，除非因病並提供醫生證明。
