Tai Mei Tuk SUP Experience Day – Half day – 3hours

Stand Up Paddleboarding Adventure at Tai Mei Tuk, Plover Cove

Under the guidance of professional instructors, you will learn fundamental SUP techniques, including paddling in prone, kneeling, and standing positions, as well as essential safety knowledge such as how to fall correctly to avoid injury.

Once you can paddle steadily while standing, the instructor will lead you to explore the scenic coastline of Plover Cove, gliding through mangrove forests and enjoying the fun of this water activity while taking in the tranquil beauty of nature.

— Upon course completion, participants will receive a certificate issued by the Hong Kong China Surf & SUP Association, allowing you to rent SUP equipment for future paddling adventures.

在專業教練指導下，你將學習直立板的基本技巧，包括俯臥、跪姿及站立的划槳方法，以及安全知識，例如如何正確落水避免受傷。

當你能穩定站立划行時，教練會帶你探索大美督船灣的沿岸風景，穿梭 漁護署指定具特殊科學價值地點 及 本港第4大紅樹林 之間，感受這項水上活動的樂趣，同時欣賞大自然的寧靜與美麗。

— 課程完成後，參加者將會獲發中國香港滑浪及直立板總會頒發的證書，讓你可以隨時租借直立板划槳出海。

• Check daily weather forecasts and dress appropriately for water sports (windbreaker, sun-protective clothing, or wetsuit). Closed-toe shoes with heel coverage are mandatory.

• 請留意當天天氣及溫度，準備合適水上運動服裝（防風外套、防曬衣物或潛水衣等，必須穿著包覆腳趾及腳跟的鞋子）

• Bring sun protection, refillable water bottles (water stations available), and snacks.

• 做好防曬準備，攜帶水壺（中心提供飲用水補充）及小食

• Full refunds for weather cancellations (notification email will be sent).
