少年帆船證書課程 是為剛開始學習帆船的孩子設計的理想入門課程。在4天的課程中，您的孩子將學會基礎的帆船技能、船隻操控技巧和海上安全知識，為日後的學習鋪平道路。
這將讓他們有信心進一步參加競賽訓練課程，並加入 船灣帆船會帆船代表隊。

Important Notes | 注意事項
Participants must complete all 4 days of the course and pass the required examination tasks during training in order to be eligible for the Level 2 certificate. Otherwise, only a Level 1 certificate will be issued. The course must be completed within 3 months of the course start date; otherwise, additional fees will apply for rescheduling. Absences without a medical certificate are considered personal and will incur extra charges for make-up sessions.
學員必須完成全部四日課程，並在訓練期間通過指定考核項目，方可取得 Level 2 資格。若出席日數不足或未完成必修項目，則只能獲發較低級別之證書。如未能於課程開始後三個月內完成課程，須與教練及中心另行安排，並繳付額外補課費用。無醫生證明之缺席，一律視為個人原因缺席，須繳交補課費用。
Courses will only commence if fully enrolled. If the course does not meet the minimum enrollment, it will be canceled, and refunds will be issued.
課程須達額滿才會開班。若未能額滿，課程將取消並安排退款。
If the course is canceled by the organizers for any reason, participants will receive a full refund. However, refunds will not be granted for personal reasons (e.g., failure to meet the minimum eligibility requirements).
因主辦方原因取消課程將全數退款。但因學員個人原因（如未符合最低資格）將不予退款。
惡劣天氣活動安排 | Bad Weather Policy

Weather conditions are based on the valid weather warnings at 7:00 AM (as announced by the Observatory). If a thunderstorm warning, yellow/red rainstorm warning signal, tropical cyclone warning signal No. 1, or strong monsoon signal is in effect, participants must still report to the center. Whether the activity proceeds will be determined by center staff based on the weather conditions at that time, excluding any journeys within the training course. If a black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in effect, the activity will be canceled; the course for that day will be canceled, but remaining courses (if applicable) will proceed as scheduled.
