The 420 Double-handed Sailing Hands-on Experience Day is jointly organized by the Plover Cove Sailing Club (PCSC) and the Hong Kong Schools Sailing Association (HKSSA).

Participants must have completed and obtained at least a Level 2 Sailing Certificate from the Hong Kong Sailing Federation (HKSF).

Participants may bring their HKSF Log Book to the center to have their official sailing records signed, taking a step toward achieving the Level 3 certificate!
揚帆起航，掌握風向 — 420雙人帆船實操體驗日
本次 420雙人帆船實操體驗日 由香港船灣帆船會 (PCSC) 與香港學校風帆協會 (HKSSA) 聯合舉辦
– 參加者需已完成並取得 中國香港帆船總會 (HKSF) 最少二級帆船證書
– 參加者可攜帶 HKSF 的 Log Book 至本中心簽署官方航行記錄（Log Book），向第三級證書邁進！

If the course is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued; however, no refunds will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons of the participant.

惡劣天氣活動安排 | Bad Weather Policy
同樂日及為期一天的訓練課程 | Fun Day and One-Day Training Course
天氣情況於上午7時有效的天氣警告（以天文台公布為準)。雷暴警告、黃/紅色暴雨警告信號、 一號熱帶氣旋警告信號或強烈季候風信號 生效時， 仍需到中心報到，活動進行與否，由中心職員視乎當時的天氣情況而定，訓練課程內的旅程除外。 黑色暴雨警告信號或 三號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號 生效時，活動將會取消。
Weather conditions are based on the valid weather warnings at 7:00 AM (as announced by the Observatory). If a thunderstorm warning, yellow/red rainstorm warning signal, tropical cyclone warning signal No. 1, or strong monsoon signal is in effect, participants must still report to the center. Whether the activity proceeds will be determined by center staff based on the weather conditions at that time, excluding any journeys within the training course. If a black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in effect, the activity will be canceled.
